In no event shall BRDAR d.o.o. or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the VPN service, even if BRDAR d.o.o. or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

7. Refund Policy

We offer a satisfaction guarantee for our VPN service. If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us within the specified refund period for assistance. Refund eligibility and terms will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

BRDAR d.o.o. reserves the right to revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this VPN service, you are agreeing to be bound by the current version of these terms of service.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Croatia, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
